Meet Mrs. Bates...
My name is Allison Bates, and I am excited to be starting my 18th year of teaching with Cullman City Schools. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education from Samford University and completed my Master’s degree in Library Media Science from the University of West Alabama.
I am married to Nathan Bates, and we have two children—our daughter is 13, and our son is 9. As a family, we love exploring new places and making memories together. From exploring volcanoes in Hawaii to ziplining through the rainforest in St. Lucia, adventure is always part of our story!
I look forward to working with your child this year in 6th grade English Language Arts. It will be a great year of learning and working together!
