Hey there! I am Savannah Wood, the Library Media Specialist here at East Elementary School. This is my 16th year as a media specialist and my 19th year as a teacher. I am married to BJ Wood and we have four children, Sadie (18), Fisher (15), Millie (12) and Briggs (7)! I am an avid reader who is obsessed with coffee. I love to spend as much time as I can traveling with my family! Some other favorites include: spending summers on the lake with family and friends, celebrating Christmas, going to concerts, decorating, baking/decorating cakes, and entertaining.

Library Schedule

Our library schedule runs every week. Each week, twenty-one classes visit the library to check out books and participate in a lesson. Six additional classes visit the library each week to participate in a Computer Essentials/Typing lesson.  Each grade level comes to the library for 40 minutes weekly.

A colorful chart displays a library schedule with days of the week and various activities.
