At East Elementary, there's an exceptional team dedicated to Physical Education (PE). Students will engage in daily PE sessions during their scheduled periods, thanks to our dedicated staff.

My name is Nina Moss. I graduated from Good Hope High School in 2012. I attended Martin Methodist College on a basketball scholarship where I obtained my bachelors degree in physical education(2016). I received my masters degree from UWA online in special education (2019) and my Ed.S in Teacher Leader (2024). I taught special education from 2019-2025. I am exicted to be teaching PE at East Elementary.

Emily Smallwood has spent the past four years working as a Physical Education aide while completing her degree in Elementary Education. She is also an elementary archery coach, passionate about helping kids build confidence and coordination through movement and sport.
